OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Here at Emerald Cleaning Services Ltd, your appointments are very important to us, we understand that sometime appointment times may need to be changed or cancelled which we are more then happy to assist you with, however we require 24 hours notice for the cancellation of your scheduled services.

Clients cancelling with less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved in order to continue to book other services with Emerald Cleaning Services Ltd, however this is down to our descretion so please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this.
